W&M Manufacturing/Pier-Mac Plastics is looking for a hands-on candidate that is well versed in manufacturing/facility maintenance for a continually growing plastic injection molding and finishing company. Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and the experience to prioritize tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:   
•    Responsible for all facets of manufacturing maintenance including exterior and interior maintenance of buildings
•    Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and within operational tolerances and to minimize downtime
•    Excellent maintenance and troubleshooting ability on mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, PLC programming and electrical equipment within a manufacturing environment
•    Read blueprints, ladder logic, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics to troubleshoot machines or robots

Experience and Qualifications
•    5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
•    High School diploma or equivalent
•    Strong communication and organization skills
•    Conscientious, reliable, strong work ethic and detailed oriented is a must
•    Positive attitude to work in a team oriented environment
•    Sense of urgency regarding the assigned duties and flexible to the demands of the work schedule
•    Ability to work without constant supervision
•    Computer skills on Microsoft programs
•    Must have plastic injection molding experience
