Plastic Industry Forum - Converse with Plastics Processing Leaders / Equipment / Overmolding Powder coated Metal wire with a TPV material

Does anyone know of a good method to shut-off on a steel wire in order to overmold the steel wire with a TPV material? The steel wire is powder coated and can not be damaged by the shut-off in the mold.

Thanks

Peter
