Works closely with assigned customers as a key point of contact for all existing and new projects.
Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for special projects, new tooling or production runs.
Manage customer orders via an internet based system.
Fills out contract forms, determines charges for service requested.
Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Attend bi-weekly and quarterly meetings with customer to address any outstanding issue.
Assists in the preparation of new part quotes and the re-quoting of existing parts.
Trained to perform activities as they relate to ISO 13485:2003.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
