Responsibilities:
•Disassemble production molds, clean the molds and reassemble upon completion
•Update mold rack and TM list
•Make configuration changes
•Keep track of last shot inventory from the molds
•Keep track of invoices, shippers and receivers from the molds that come and go
•Perform mold maintenance  tasks as required
•Perform light machining, milling, drilling and taping
•Verify machined parts for confonmance to specification using precision measuring instruments
•Fit, assemble or disassemble parts using hand tools
•Adhere to all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
•Perfonm mold maintenance tasks as required
•Other duties as assigned by the Tooling Manager

•Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
•Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
•Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
