Hello everyone!

We are looking at replacing our vertical injection machines and would like to hear the good, the bad and the ugly on these two brands.

Thanks!!

We have a good number of Nissei machines. We prefer the rotary table for the verticals. If it is hydraulic be sure to run it in full closed loop control the controler offers semi closed loop. the maintenance is easy, screw and barrel changes are easy, the service is good. Make sure you get a universal nozzle for the machine so you can order off of PPE. Nissei machines come with a custom that will take a beating over time.
