One of the objectives we measure and discuss at our Management Review Meetings is our Quotation Conversion Rate: our success rate (%) of converting quotes into actual orders.  Our target is 45% for new projects, though we are currently not reaching it.  As we consider whether the goal itself is too lofty, it would be very helpful to gain an outside perspective from other members about the target rates they set. Thank you in advance - I appreciate any insight you can share.
