Plastic Industry Forum - Converse with Plastics Processing Leaders / Equipment / High Temp Proximity Sensor Issue - Hot Oil
Posted:  18 Dec 2015 18:13
We are having trouble with our cam sensors that are internal to a high temp mold that is running hot oil for a PPS job.  We need something that is able to handle the hot oil.  We have found that even a small amount of oil will foul the sensor.  Has anyone had any luck with a very robust high temp sensor?

Thanks,

Tommy Johns
