Looking for mechanical testing to evaluate potential employees for set up mechanic positions. I have found tons of information on various websites for this type of material. Does anyone have a recommendation of materials they have used in the past?

While we don't use it here at this company I have had experience in the past with the Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Testing System.  I found it to be very useful for not only the mechanical staff but as a baseline for all production personnel.

We have used tests from Ramsay Corporation Job Skills for equipment maintenance candidates as well as mechanical aptitude. I find them very useful in determining strengths and growth opportunities.
