Soft Skills
•    At least 5 years of experience at the same level, RJG certification a plus
•    Knowledge & understanding of Molding start-up, basic adjustments, mold setting, molds and materials
•    Personnel supervision, good communications and leadership skills
•    Work under production schedule pressure
•    Flexible to work off shifts, weekends & over time
•    Productive, responsible, 5s minded
•    Understanding of lean manufacturing, 6 sigma, Total Productive Maintenance

Hard Skills
•    Expert on preventive and corrective maintenance, (41) plastic injection presses Toshiba, Nissei, Van Dorn, Sodick, Haitian and Kraus Maffei (40T – 800T)
•    Auxiliary equipment: Grinders, sprue pickers, robots, material dryers & loading system, thermolators, etc.
•    Expert on preventive and corrective maintenance for chiller, cooling tower & compress air
•    Reading and interpretation of diagrams: pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, electrical control (PLC)

Functions: 
•    Keep production molding system working in a productive & cost effective way
•    Supervision of technical group, all shifts
•    Work together with purchasing group to keep cost of maintenance at an operational excellence level 
•    Participate with tooling & engineering groups to select best equipment & spare parts inventory 
•    Develop preventive maintenance program in compliance with TS16949 requirements
