Hello Dale:  If you are referring to the subsidy rate as the punitive tariff, I don’t think molds made from such steel will be covered if they don’t meet the written physical description because it is not stainless steel sheet and strip, whether in coils or straight lengths; and is not trimmed, cut, punched, or slit and still maintains the specific dimensions of sheet and strip.
