We have an ongoing issue of purging material on our nozzle heater bands and wires.  This is a result carelessness, but I am trying to find a way to take the opportunity for failure out of the equation.  We are tired of the downtime equated with changing fuses and heater bands.  What are some of your best practices in avoiding this?
