MAPP has received a request for help from an engineering design firm that needs to find a plastics injection molding company to manufacture a medical drug delivery device.  The drug delivery device has 4 distinct parts which will require four separate molds.  In order to qualify for this injection molding project, the molder must:

1.Be a MAPP Member in good standing;
2.Have a class 10,000 clean room;
3.Be located in one of the following states:  IN, OH, MN, WI
4.Possess the where-with-all to build 4 molds;
5.Have experience at molding PC, Acrylic, and TPE;
6.Have open capacity on injection molding presses ranging from 50 to 200 tons;
7.Be able to delivery 1st parts by September 2008;
8.Be ISO certified;
9.Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
