Hello everyone,

We are interested in a Centralized Material drying and handling system for our new clean room addition. Does anyone have experience with such a system? Good and bad of? Power savings compared to individual dryers? Cleanliness of? Suggestions or recommendations? So on and so forth.

Thanks,
Ross Berry

Ross, I would contact the following MAPP Member:

As I remember during a plant tour event held many months ago that they had a central drying material strategy in place.

Hi Ross. We have Sterling system, connected to about a dozen machines. It's not a clean room environment as you need but may be able to answer some of your questions/needs.

I'm not sure where your located but my company, Premier Equipment Sales, represents Conair and they sell many systems into clean rooms. We cover Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky and Conair is a MAPP supporter. If your not in our area we can give you the name of a local Conair Rep.

Ross-

we use individual dryers - hard plumbed thru the wall of the clean room.
